The job:
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing & Communications, the role assists in executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and communications programmes that support revenue generation, product launches, brand awareness, customer engagement, employee engagement, market positioning and corporate reputation.
It spans both sales and marketing areas and involves supporting the Sales Director in creating pitch decks, sales assets, and managing email outreach campaigns to drive new client acquisition.
Here's what you'll be doing:
· Supporting the Group Head of Marketing & Communications with Product Marketing Management and Marketing Communications delivery of integrated marketing and communications plans.
· Supporting the Sales Director with competitor research, prospect opportunities, pipeline management, and reporting
· Coordinating campaign activities and creative content across multiple channels.
· Producing product information sheets, sales enablement materials, presentations and supporting promotional collateral.
· Creating and editing content for the corporate website, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters and social media.
· Drafting articles, case studies, thought-leadership content, success stories, white papers, guidance papers and research-based content.
· Creating internal communications content and managing the employee intranet.
Key skills and experience:
· 3 years' or more experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
· Professional qualifications in marketing and/or communications, e.g. CIM Certificate, Diploma or similar.
· Experience within B2B software, SaaS, technology or professional services sectors.
· Experience creating integrated campaign content across multiple channels.
· Understanding of Product Marketing Management principles and Go-To-Market planning.
· Experience writing and creating sales and marketing collateral.
· Event planning, coordination and onsite management experience.
· Familiarity managing websites, social media platforms and email marketing tools, e.g. HubSpot and Mailchimp.
