The job:
As a Delivery Manager in Procentia you are responsible for ensuring the successful end‑to‑end delivery of our products, services, or projects, internally and to our clients.
You will focus on supporting and coordinating teams which may include Partner or Contractor resource, removing blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring that outcomes meet business objectives and customer expectations, actively leading and support in planning, definition and estimation of work, organising tasks and promoting harmonious teams.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Coordinate Agile delivery activities, facilitate team collaboration, and remove blockers to support high-performing teams.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
Oversee partner timesheet, invoicing, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement, promote best practices, and use performance metrics to enhance delivery outcomes.
Key skills and experience:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and remove blockers
Experience working with cross‑functional and software development teams, ideally in digital, technology, or operational environments
