The job:
As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play an important part in both delivering brilliant outcomes for our clients and supporting meaningful internal change across our business.
Here's what you'll be doing:
You’ll be involved in a wide range of initiatives, giving you great exposure across delivery, change, and improvement:
Supporting new client implementations
You’ll help ensure a smooth start for our clients as we configure and deliver our platform to meet their needs. Implementations are where relationships begin, so your contribution will help set the foundation for long-term success.Enabling successful client projects and change initiatives
Working alongside project managers, consultants, and client teams, you’ll help keep projects on track—ensuring they run smoothly, meet expectations, and deliver real value.Driving internal change and continuous improvement
You’ll also play a key role in supporting internal initiatives, helping us improve how we work, embed best practices, and strengthen our Programme Management capability as we scale.Strengthening PMO standards and quality
From tracking progress and managing risks to supporting governance and reporting, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget.

Essential Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a PMO Analyst, Client Delivery, or Project Management role
Experience working in an IT environment, ideally within pensions or financial services, with direct customer-facing exposure
Demonstrable experience supporting the development and execution of governance frameworks, driving improved transparency, accountability, and delivery outcomes
