What You’ll Work On
As a graduate in either Professional Services or Software Development, you’ll gain practical experience across a wide range of areas, including:
Product development and feature delivery
Web development and content management using Umbraco
Workflow configuration and business process automation to meet client requirements
Financial calculations and pensions rules, understanding how policy and regulation are applied in real systems
Payroll and data processing, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Assisting with client implementations, upgrades, and change requests
Translating business requirements into system configuration, technical tasks, and documented solutions
Quality assurance, testing strategies, and continuous improvement
Supporting live systems and understanding real customer needs
Working with delivery teams to understand timelines, dependencies, and client priorities
What We Want
• A recent graduate with a degree in: Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, Data Science (or similar) • Strong interest in technology and problem solving • Curiosity, innovation and a drive for continuous improvement • Good analytical and numerical skills • Confident communication abilities • A collaborative mindset
You’ll need to have the permanent right to work in the UK, as we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Desirable Skills
(Not essential — we’ll teach you!)
• Experience in tech or software environments • Familiarity with SQL, Python, C#, or Excel • Interest in web technologies or CMS platforms like Umbraco • Awareness of testing or quality-focused practices
