The job:
As part of our continuing growth we are seeking to recruit an Implementation Consultant with Data Migration experience in to Procentia.
The purpose of this role is lead the planning and movement of data from clients legacy
systems to our IntelliPen suite of products. This will involve designing data mapping and
transformation logic, developing automated migration scripts, and validating the integrity of the migrated data.
Here's what you'll be doing:
To be successful, you should be proficient in the use of T-SQL, XML and able to work well as part of a team.
Ultimately, demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in their area, sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven track record in designing and implementing data migration solutions, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliations and validation
Strong understanding of database design principles, data modelling, and normalisation
Strong understanding of database structures, principles, and practices, with experience in relational databases such as SQL Server
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise queries and database structures for improved performance and resource management.
Proven experience in large-scale data migration projects, preferably within the
pensions or financial services industry. Skilled in ETL processes, data cleansing, and mapping strategies. Experience in implementing software systems.
Key skills and experience:
Proven track record in designing and implementing data migration solutions, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliations and validation.
