About us
Procentia is an award-winning software and technology company specialising in the Pensions and Bulk Purchase Annuities market. We design intelligent solutions that put administrators and members at the heart of any pension scheme.
Established in 2002, we’re renowned for our web-based pensions administration and management system, IntelliPen. Our platform helps clients meet the demand for self-serve technology and provide meaningful consumer-like experiences expected from online platforms.
Trusted by administrators, employers and trustees, IntelliPen is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and feature-rich platform for modern pensions management.
IntelliPen comprises a suite of integrated modular systems that streamline processes from new member registration to online self-serve retirement, and enables collaboration on the same workflows. It delivers up to 90% time and cost efficiencies by automating member retirements, validation, benefit calculations, reporting and pensioner payroll.
With offices in the UK and North America, we support some of the largest pension schemes and plans across the private and public sectors.
We've been named 'Pension Technology Firm of the Year 2024' at the Pensions Age Awards, and voted ‘No.1 UK Pension Administration Software Provider’ in 2022 and 2023.
The job:
You will be working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ensuring that the QA maxim “All change must be tested” is delivered, improving the quality of our clients' software and customer experience. This is done by discovering and preventing bugs to ensure that the software is fit for customer purpose.
Here's what you'll be doing:
You will evaluate requirements and User Stories to determine a functioning Test Plan for yourself and other members of the project team to follow, including working collaboratively with the client and Project Manager to seek agreement and signoff. You will track progress against the plan, including preparing regular reports, and will highlight any areas that are in need of change or are generally not going to plan.
You will be responsible for test analysis, design, implementation, and execution in line with various standard test techniques. Whilst the bulk of testing is both manual and functional, you will understand the breadth of test techniques available and apply the most appropriate for any change.
You will head up the UAT delivery for your assigned project, including liaising directly and regularly with the client to provide effective collaborative partnership for test case creation and execution, product release to UAT, and bug triage activities.
